I found the difference between Progress Outcomes 3-4-5 quite difficult to differentiate and know that I will need to put time and focus into this area of learning.

Character - Shark - Shaq the Shark - loves playing basketball with his sharky friends but doesn't think that jellyfish can play basketball. He thinks they're too soft and squishy. The rest of his team want to invite their friend JG the Jellyfish to play. What will Sharky do? If he lets him play, his team might lose, if he doesn't let JG play, his friend will be sad.

Dave Sedcole - Developing teacher and school capacity across the Far North cluster

Each of the teachers are expected to complete the  google form to get a view of the capacity across the Te Hiku cluster.

Manaiakalanai Teacher From Panmure Bridge - Robyn Anderson (in school COL teacher)

Improved literacy outcomes for most at risk target learners - using historical data pathways. Identify trends, self perception, there was little or no understanding of questioning, struggled to read and interpret different questions, content vocabulary is a stumbling block, the group always saw themselves as the bottom, coping strategies to ignore, could not infer, tweaked inquiry to suit the needs of the group, use of backward mapping, try, innovate, implement change, peer to peer talks, seeking clarification in an authentic setting, building vocabulary, best thing about doing very public teaching inquiries is about the connections you make with other people.
